What inspires you to write?
Everyday sensual and tempting situations inspire me to start a new erotic short or serial love affair.
Tell us about your writing process.
My process is to hand write an outline of an arousing affair. Before I type it up I must have a cover made to inspire me. I make my own covers, so it’s pretty easy to have one open on the desktop while I type the story in Scrivener. Then publish and repeat.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I do more than talk to my characters, they enter my dreams and we play before I fall asleep.
What advice would you give other writers?
Write what you know, write what you don’t know, just write and write everyday!
How did you decide how to publish your books?
My parents were business owners. There was no question I would start my own indie publishing business. If you have the skills and want to control your profits then follow your dreams. The biggest tip I can give is to join a forum of like minded authors and soak in their experience. There’s no shame in learning from successful authors in your field.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
The future is all about ebooks and mobile devices. Our children believe you’re given an email address and phone number at birth. There’s no turning back now.
