There are reasons why your head hurts. In fact, there may be several reasons. You will find them in this book and you will also discover how to get rid of them naturally! “Your book is one for the ages. It’s like having a first aid kit in the house. Something you can always refer to.” – Maurice Chuka
Here’s a review from ‘Fine Print’ that sums up Head Pain Natural Relief very well: “This book is loaded with practical tips from the author’s professional and personal experience with headaches.
If you’re suffering from a migraine headache right now, I recommend that you skip directly to the chapter called, “What helps a migraine RIGHT NOW?” for some easy and effective ways to start relieving the pain right away.
You may also want to take a look at the sections that start with, “Trigger points which cause head pain” and use the helpful diagrams and massage tips the author includes to track down and treat the source of your headache. (An example of her massage tips: certain muscles respond better to being “lifted,” “pushed up,” or “unrolled front to back” rather than simply being pressed in on.)
Once you’re past an immediate headache crisis, go back and read the entire book to get a comprehensive look at the possible causes for your headaches and some all-natural ways to reduce or even permanently eliminate them. I picked up a number of quick and easy tips from this book that I can start using today to immediately reduce my headache frequency and intensity.
Plus the author’s tips on posture, exercise, diet, sleeping positions, and more are arming me with a plan for making myself less vulnerable to headaches in the future. Thanks for the pain relief, Kathryn!”
When you are done reading this book you will understand more about the causes of headaches than most doctors know. Why? Because this knowledge is not commonly taught in medical schools. Doctors may not have time to look for the cause of your head pain but you do. Let’s do it! Let’s get rid of your head pain so you can feel better all over.
And when you take the steps to get rid of your headaches naturally you will have a big additional benefit: You will feel better all over!

How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
There are only the amount of words that are necessary to clearly and easily explain the information that needs to be shared. People who are hurting or who need information don’t want to read a bunch of extra words. They just need clear and easy.
And, it needs to be accurate. Although I do sometimes use pictures, at other times I have to create an accurate, easy-to-understand picture with words.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Start a notebook. You can put all of your ideas in it, each on one full page. Every time you have another great idea, put it in the notebook. If you think of details for an idea, note them on the appropriate page.
In the meantime, focus on only one of those great ideas. That will be your first book. When you are totally done with your first book and it’s all wrapped up warmly and put to bed–I mean published–then you can open your notebook and find your next focus.
I would also suggest writing about things that you know. And you know more than you are thinking you do. Once you start to stretch your mind, the ideas will start rolling in and you will remember. The pieces will come together.
Author Bio:
Kathryn Merrow is a Pain Relief Specialist who has provided well over 20,000 manual therapy sessions primarily for people in pain. In addition to all of those clients, she also learned how to correct her own painful conditions–including scoliosis and migraine headaches–and has accumulated a lot of knowledge from geniuses in the field of natural pain relief that she freely shares on her websites and in her books.
Kathryn says that when she writes she can ‘get her hands on’ many more people than when she treats one at a time. She writes as she talks, with simple, easy to understand language to help you discover why you hurt and the simple steps to get rid of your pain naturally.
Kathryn says:
“When you understand the real reasons for your pain, you will understand how to get rid of your pain, naturally. Your body follows natural laws as all bodies do. Muscles and soft tissues are the primary and most overlooked causes of physical pain. When your body hurts, there is a reason. Let’s get rid of the reason.”

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
One day a client said, “You are holding my headache right between your fingers.” But I don’t have to be the only one who knows how to pinch a person’s neck in such a way that I can isolate and treat the cause of their headache. I can teach you to do the same.
And, I realized I was answering the same questions over and over because we never learned how bodies work. Clients didn’t know why they had pain and neither did most of their doctors. That is when I started writing self-help natural pain relief websites. Since then, I have taken the steps to create books that people could easily use as a reference.
Head Pain Natural Relief is the first in my series of simple pain relief books. I chose it to be first because I know first hand how debilitating headaches can be. I want to help people get rid of the causes of their head pain and feel better all over.
