I know how you feel, because I’ve been there.
A few months before my 40th birthday, I found myself mindlessly eating away as I sat in front of the television for hours. My business was failing and I was closing it down. I had put my family in debt with my failing business. My mindless eating was making me gain weight and, therefore, I wasn’t happy with my body. I was in turmoil. I was so unhappy that I realized I was starting to fall into a state of depression and I needed to do something about it.
Although it is a very helpful option for some, I felt like seeing a doctor to be put on medication was not an option for me. I knew that I wanted change. I wanted to be happy. As a result, I should have a strong enough will power to get myself out of the hole that I felt that I was in. I had two children and a husband who needed me, and sitting in front of the television getting fat was not fair to them and was NOT what I wanted for my future. So I started reading practically every book I could find on how to change your life. I also saw alternative therapy practitioners.
I’ve tried a LOT of different things and a few years later, I can say that my life is a LOT better than it was AND more importantly I feel a LOT happier. I have learned some tips, strategies, and tools to make my life the way I want it to be and to help myself to stay happy. In this book I will share with you the simple action plan that I have developed for myself. It is what I still use on a daily basis to get myself to the place that I really want to be. I will walk you through it step-by-step so that you can start feeling some results right away. I hope you will find it as rewarding and helpful of a process as I have.
