What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have always wanted to create and publish my own recipe book. When I was in my 20’s I started designing and photographing my recipe creations. In my 30’s (due to health reasons) I found relief from symptoms by eliminating gluten from my diet. Around this same time I was hearing about a lot of other people suffering from similar symptoms and more and more people discovering they had celiac disease. This encouraged me to continue developing and photographing my GF recipes. And after graduating from my Natural Nutrition program I completed my cookbook series Foods That Work For You: Delectable and Gluten Free and sent them off to the printers.
