The main character’s body is made of a nanotchnological central nervous system, and the rest built out of matter harvested from dead fish. (Only her dad, who lives in her brain, gets to call her ‘fish girl’, though.)
The stuff hanging from her hand here are a mix of fishing tackle, and cables. The hand itself is my cousin’s hand. She was good enough to model, as she happened by the house when I decided I wasn’t happy with my attempts at drawing a hand myself, or using the wooden art model’s hand. The sky in the back is a shot I took of the sky in my town!
