Little Free Libraries are popping up all over like this one that BookGoodies and AwesomeGang donated some books to today:

We have another friend starting one in a couple of weeks that will be looking for books if any of my author friends are interested in donating a book or two.
The city of Tempe, Arizona will be encouraging residents to set them up and are offering up to a $300 reimbursement towards getting one going.
There is more information about setting up your own here:

Vinny O’Hare from AwesomeGang.com went and took some pictures and video of the Grand Opening. The folks in the neighborhood were very excited. This particular LFL has a long story that ends with the celebration today but started with a rocky road. Long story short, six year old Anna painted her Little Free Library, had issues with the HOA, figured out to put it across the street from her house, went on vacation and it was stolen. It was recovered and they had the Grand Re-opening on Saturday 8/20/2016.
If you would like to help, contact Little Free Library directly, or let us know if you need help finding a library to donate books too. This is all volunteer, so there aren’t generally funds to buy books. But if you have appropriate books (family friendly) it is a great way to get your name out there. Just the cost of a couple of books and the good will you earn is more than worth it.
