My blog is about books and animals. I post about myself, my books, my pets and other animal related things. My blog is also about to start posting author interviews and some book reviews as well.
Why Did You Start a Book Blog?
I originally started my blog as an author blog to help promote myself and my books, but I recently decided to make it more than that.
What Kinds of Books do You Review?
Mostly animal books of any age level and genre. I also do some fantasy, science fiction, and sci-fi fantasy. I will review any books that aren’t romance, western, or horror books that are above a 4th grade reading level. I also don’t review books that include one or more of the following subjects: evil witches, dragons as the bad guys, or books with a lot of romance in them (little bits are okay), or a lot of swearing (little bits are okay for this as well)
I am almost always willing to read and review any books, that don’t include any of my above mentioned things, and that are about one or more of these subjects: animals, superheroes, good witches or any other magic users, good dragons, other mythological creatures, stories with characters or based around the subjects of Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and sometimes Norse Mythology, and aliens on Earth.
I also don’t like to read nonfiction unless it is about animals.
I also would like to mention that I am very selective of the books I will read with the intention of reviewing due to having many books that I just want to read and review if I really want to, not for any other reason. Because of this I will only read and review 1-2 books per month, but I am always willing to do an author interview.
