What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Go for it. Believe in yourself. I wanted to create children’s books from the age of 5, when I read my first Dr. Seuss book. I’ll never forget it! I laughed and laughed at the word “goggles”. I just thought it was such a funny word. From that day, I wanted to inspire others and create positive change in the world through children’s books.
I never thought I would make this dream come true, until about a year ago. I knew I was creative. I knew my passion was there, but something held me back. It was myself. I didn’t believe it was possible. One day that all changed when someone saw some of my doodles and the caption under it. They passed my work around and everyone agreed, “You should write a children’s book.”
That was all I needed.. So I gave it a shot! I’m still learning as I go, but I’m no longer afraid to try.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?I love animals. I have had hundreds of pets throughout my life, and I often wonder what they would say if they could talk. What would they do if they were humans? I know each and every one of my pets has a different personality, so it is very unique to the individual pet. What would you do if you cat became President or you dog decided to go to the moon?
