What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I wanted to create a small town, cozy mystery with colorful characters and captivating plots; my goal was to write the series in smaller installments for ease of read.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Da Vinci is based on my cat, Peanut. I tried to incorporate feline behaviors in the character, adding humor to the dialogue. Denali was a fictional character that opposes Da Vinci in a sense, but the two are compatible.
