Lily is left heart-broken and shattered after the death of her mother. Now she is moving in with a father she barely knows, with nightmares haunting her every breath. Finding out there are wolves in the world… that can turn human at will is a terrifying thought. With the help of the local Alpha, she learns to let people in again and to heal her shattered soul. She slowly learns that broken doesn’t always mean weak, and sometimes you need the love of new found friends and self-formed family to heal the unseen wounds. Will she put her broken pieces back together with an Alpha’s help? Or will she fall deeper into her own mind – burrowing in a hole she can’t escape from? How can she become a part of a pack full of dominant wolves – when she has more humanity than them all?

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I had always been a daydreamer, always. I was a stay-at-home mom of three kids, and as they got older I lost my purpose. Then I sat at the computer one day when they were all at school and started writing… I haven't stopped yet. I like to write books my teenagers can read, there are so many out there that say young adult but I am not willing to let them read. So i would say my kids are my inspiration.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Honestly, they just kind of popped into my head one day. I couldn't get them out. Their story just kept unfolding and I had to write it down or go crazy.
