What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
After my long term marriage ended, I was thrust out into the world of dating. At my age this was an entirely new world. I had many interesting dates along the way, which inspired the romantic nature of this book in particular.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The mane character is Perry, he is a chef his character was inspired by my love of food as I too love to cook. Many of the characters are a different side of me, as well as some of the men I dated. Some are even a bit of my mother, she could be quite eccentric when the mood struck her.

Sally opened the door to her room and noticed Stan’s lap top was still on, she gazed at the screen and saw the reflection of a figure of a man standing right beside her, she jolted and turned to see who was in the room with her, but there was no one there, nothing… she shrugged deciding she must be fatigued and went to draw a hot bath.
The steam infiltrated the bathroom and the mirror became infused with the mist from the steam. She always preferred a very hot bath, so once it was full, she slid down inside the scalding water and allowed the heat to ease her weary mind.
Closing her eyes, she drifted away in a haze of pure nirvana. She opened her eyes to view written in the steam, which now covered the mirror a message it read, “Peek-a-Boo”. Sally rubbed her eyes as she knew she was alone and this had to be some kind of farce, but how… no one was around to have written this in the steam. She felt a rush of heat that did not come from the temperature of the water, as she laughed to herself thinking, “This must be the ghosts doing.” She spoke to it as though it was standing right in the room with her, as she thought it must be, “I hope you enjoyed the show because you are the only male to view it, in a very long time.” She then settled herself down for a nice long soak, as nothing would keep her from it, not even this playful spirit.
