To say the incidence of osteopenia and osteoporosis is high would be a gross understatement. Worldwide, osteoporosis causes more than 8.9 million fractures annually, resulting in an osteoporotic fracture every three seconds. It is further estimated that these conditions will affect 200 million women and is attributed to about 25 percent of hip fractures in men.
Enter Bryant Lusk. His new book, Osteoporosis & Osteopenia: Vitamin Therapy for Stronger Bones, provides guidance on achieving better bone health through the right balance of hormones, vitamins and minerals that allows for maximum bone density and strength and suppresses bone loss. It also explores the significant role that the liver plays in building stronger bones and teaches readers how to avoid weight loss products and food additives that can harm this vital organ. The book is as much about prevention as it is about treatment however as it seeks to tackle the challenge of younger individuals not being taught about the significance of bone health by their medical professionals.
“I’ve identified the best formulations of vitamins and minerals to help those suffering from these debilitating musculoskeletal conditions and I made certain that the approaches are effective, easy to follow and affordable,” said Lusk. “My goal is to empower as many people as I can to improve their health naturally through the tools and information provided in this book.”

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My father died when I was very young. Despite the poverty that surrounded me during my childhood, my mother prepared meals packed with vitamins and minerals. Thanks to her I grew to appreciate the power of basic nutrition.
I have been a public servant for most of my adult life. It is my most fervent hope to share information that can improve the lives of others. I chose to write about osteoporosis because it is one of the lowest hanging fruits for disease prevention that the average person can readily address. Raising awareness and providing simple solutions is the purpose of this book.
This is the first of a three-book series on vitamin therapy for disease treatment and prevention. I am calling the series “Share The Health.”

"There are numerous benefits to be gained from vitamin therapy. Vitamins and minerals that strengthen bones also reduce the risk of developing a multitude of chronic health problems, including hypertension and heart disease."
"This is your opportunity to improve your health and performance at the cellular level. This is your opportunity to offer your cells the environment they need to build and maintain an even stronger and healthier you."
