What inspires you to write?
I have wanted to write for years. I came across some inspiring articles that I compiled for my first publication. The combination of the articles and the finishing process of that first book drove me to start what I have been putting off for years. Now, I am self-motivated and ready to write my thoughts down on paper and share them.
What authors do you read when you aren’t writing?
Bob Richards, Dan Gable
Tell us about your writing process.
I brainstorm by mind mapping. Then I will spiderweb all the main thoughts by adding smaller details. Next, I set the order of events. I then start my rough draft and add any additional details that come to mind. Finally, I proofread for punctuation and spelling.
What advice would you give other writers?
If you haven't started… Start now. You have something inside of you that someone wants or needs to hear. Even if you only help or make one person feel good by writing, it is worth it!
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I actually saw a YouTube video and thought I can do this. I had started reading some motivating articles right before that. I thought I can share these and possibly help someone who needs motivation or inspiration.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I believe that publishing a book will become easier as technology advances. I see new publishing companies opening. I see them making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even now they are adding extra checks and flags for the books to prevent any problems later in the process.
What genres do you write?: Nonfiction right now
What formats are your books in?: eBook, Print, Both eBook and Print
