About Pamela Westwood:
Single Author Seeks Rich Man To Also Buy Her An Ocean-Front Mansion.
Inquire Within.
When it came to writing Devil’s List: Palm Beach…Pamela Westwood at first considered entering into a pact with the "demon" to guarantee her fame and fortune. As dark and sexy as this unholy alliance may sound, Westwood has decided to set forth on her own. At least for now…
Westwood is happy to take you inside the "real" Palm Beach and hopes that her readers will have fun with the books and not take them too seriously. Tastefully written, they will take you on the wild ride that you have been longing for.
Sorry. No photo for this author – Southwood fears retaliation from her “fictional characters” and is hiding in an exotic locale somewhere in the world; most likely on a beach…
What inspires you to write?
I cannot force my words. I need to truly believe in what I am writing or it never makes it. It took me several years of re-vamping the entire story and more to finally come up with my new novel. Kept hearing a voice in my ear telling me to write it…it was probably the Devil (Hee, Hee)
Tell us about your writing process.
I am an edgy writer who challeges my audience to read in between the lines. Those who do, will be rewarded.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
Always! Especially, the steamier scenes…
What advice would you give other writers?
There is a lot of competition out there, but if you believe in your talent-keep going-and the world awaits you.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
After realizing I have no need to stroke/beg literary agents to share my proceeds with me, I decided to go the self-publishing route. You have to work just as hard to promote it-so why not?
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Self-publication seems to be the new craze…
What genres do you write?: Romance, Suspense, Adventure, Mystery
What formats are your books in?: Both eBook and Print
