Be sure to read this page to know what you are getting by filling out this form.

Before you start, please have a list of the places your book is for sale, a copy of your book cover to upload, and a list of your social media links. Review this entire page before you start filling out the form so you don’t lose your information if you get distracted. We will not get any of the information you are filling out until you click the Submit button. Our site does not store forms that are not filled out completely and submitted.

  • This will be the name that will appear in the book post title as the author. If you use a pen name be sure to use the correct author name here.

    If this is an anthology or a multiple author book then please put Multiple Authors as the name and list the authors at the top of your book description.

  • This is your real name so when we email you we know who you are. If it is the same as your "pen name" we need you to type it again please.

  • Email will not be displayed or shared. This must be the author's contact email address.

  • This must be the email address that you use to pay via PayPal for your submission to our site. If you don't use a PayPal account (you can pay with a credit card without a PayPal account) then you can repeat your author email here.
  • Please do not use all caps and do not include your subtitle. Only use the actual book title.

  • This is where you entice people to click to learn more about your book. If you have a multiple author book, a bundle, or anthology please list all the authors that are included immediately at the top of the synopsis.

    Do not include links or html in this section, other than page breaks and line breaks. You do not need to include those.

    Do not paste directly from a Word document or your Amazon page, please copy to a plain text editor first and paste it from there. Poorly formatted descriptions will cause delays to your post being posted.

    Any added links will be deleted without notice. Allowed links are listed below and must be posted in the fields below.

  • Please indicate here if your book is appropriate for children, YA, all audiences or is for adult audiences only.

  • This may not be left blank and should be more than a sentence.

  • If your book is nonfiction please type "nonfiction" in this box. Otherwise this may not be left blank and should be more than a sentence. Readers want to know.

  • This field is hidden when viewing the form

    An excerpt is not required but it helps people decide to click over to your book page. Books submitted with good excerpts will be considered for inclusion in additional special promotions.

    Do not copy and paste directly from Word. Paste to a plain text document first to be sure to remove extra formatting. No html is allowed here other than line breaks or paragraph breaks. If your excerpt formatting is bad, we will not post your book.

  • YouTube links work best. Must be direct link to video, not to a page that has a video on it. This will play directly in the post. This is not a place for the link to your book on your bookseller page

  • *Name your image with the name of your book - without spaces between the words.* DO NOT NAME YOUR COVER WITH COVER.jpg OR OTHER GENERIC NAMES - your cover WILL get overwritten by others named the same. Images with generic names will overwrite existing book covers.

    Please send an image no larger that 400 pixels wide. Large images will cause the form to fail.

    Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

  • If your category isn't listed just use the closest category, i.e. Fiction, Non-Fiction, Poetry etc. Please list additional categories in the Tags field below.

  • If applicable choose the appropriate price category. If your book is priced over $3 then do not choose a category here.

    Bargain books are eBooks priced under $3.00 and print books priced under $7.00
    Permafree books are ebooks that are permanently priced at zero.

  • Since most books are available in eBook there is not a choice for that. If your book is available in print and/or audiobook format please check those boxes here.
  • Please include your author name and up to 10 tags. All tags need to be separated by commas. Use the following format:

    Author Pen Name, Subgenres, other keywords

    Tags are keywords or your specific genres. If you submit more than 10 tags the rest will be deleted.

    If your book is an anthology or bundle please list ALL the authors - they will not count towards your 10 tags.

  • In all link fields below we need direct links to the sites - NO SHORTCODES OR LINK SHORTENERS OR REDIRECTS

    Because of the potential for spam and redirects being redirected to places they aren't supposed to go, we require all links to your books, author website and social media to be direct to the appropriate site links.

    Any short codes or redirect links will be deleted from your post. This includes amzn and books2read links.

  • How to find your book's ASIN at Amazon. Find your book on Amazon, no matter what country site. In the book details section is a field called "ASIN" - put that number here.

    This is what to look for:
    ASIN: The number here is what we need, it will start with the letter "B"

  • Your book needs to be in Kindle Select if it is to be in Kindle Unlimited. If your book is available at other eBook sellers then it is not in Kindle Unlimited (a.k.a. KU)
  • In an effort to help match up readers with the level of sex and violence they are comfortable with we are adopting a voluntary system of ranking your book. It is in your best interest to be accurate so readers know what they are getting. If you aren't familiar with the levels please see this page for clarification. Link will open in a new tab so you don't lose your place.

  • Author Information

  • This is for your link to your Author Central created page, not a search link for your books. The link should start with http://amazon.com/ and not https://authorcentral.amazon.com If you don't have a page set up for your books please go to Author Central and set one up.
  • Please type your Twitter link as http://twitter.com/YOUR-TWITTER-NAME Do not include the @ sign.

  • Payment and Newsletter Subscription

    We use PayPal for secure payment processing. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with a credit or debit card without an account. The option will be on the next page after you submit your form. Please email deborah at bookgoodies.com if you need to use Venmo or Velle to pay for your submission.

    If you are not redirected to PayPal please check your email box for a confirmation email from us with further instructions on how to pay.

    If you do NOT get a confirmation email from us then we did not get your form. Please check your email program's spam folder for our confirmation as many legitimate emails are now being marked as spam.

    If you have questions about your submission you must reply to your confirmation email so we can find your form.

    If we get form without payment we will attempt to reach you to arrange payment. If we cannot reach you and we do not get payment your submission will be deleted and you will need to start again.
