What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
She noticed that to be a sound engineer or scientist, and you need to be an acute observer and a curiosity seeker with a keen sense of completion. You must find beauty in dark and light on deformation and perfection, and you have to keep a young spirit.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The atom of Carbon is fundamental to life. Tom the Atom rimes well. Tom-the-Atom is the Carbon Atom; he introduces to the reader all his/her siblings.
Tom the Atom, Book 1: Mary and Henry have a new friend: The Carbon atom, his nickname is Tom-the-Atom. Book 1 (of the Series Tom the Atom) introduces is the Carbon atom, who will be our host to present to the readers the world of the atoms.
Tom-the-Atom is discovered living in a beautiful shell on the beach at Half Moon Bay, south of San Francisco, CA. Henry and his sister Mary are walking, with their father, their dog, Bonita, at that beach. Henry and Mary bring the shell they found to Henry’s room where Tom-the-Atom, exiting the shell, becomes an instant friend of Henry and Mary. Tom-the-Atom entices Henry and Mary to visit his world. He proposes to shrink and come to his world once a day after school. Tom the ATom will introduce them to his siblings and extended relatives who belong to the ten different families of atoms (including his own family) as described in the “Periodic Table (92 atoms total!).” The reader, along with Mary and Henry, will learn how everything alive and not alive (organic and inorganic) in our Universe is made of tiny atoms, which by shaking hands, form bonds among themselves to form molecules! The readers will learn an exciting new concept related to the atoms in each book. We advise the reader to read the books in numerical order.
