A very short non-fiction eBook (Just over 6000 words) written in a scientific manner. Each chapter provides actionable steps you can take to solve the proposed issue of sleep: What to eat, what to do, what not to do, quirky bio hacks, and most of all scientific reasoning for the reader to understand the importance of a claim and why it is recommended.
There are parts of the book that are whimsical and filled with dry humor, so perhaps not a good fit for a person with a strictly serious demeanor. The best fit for the book would be people who have an issue (particularly with sleep) and are looking for an enthusiastic guide to present possible solutions for them to pick from.
Some points are obvious yet detailed insight is shared upon those. The majority of the book should contain information you did not know or did not know you needed to know. I hope you join me in the quest to master the process of sleep!

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Over the years I have amassed a collection of rare knowledge around sleep and how to optimize it. I have never found a book that encapsulated all the information I've gathered in a single package. Thus I had decided to make that singular package myself.

This short eBook is intended to be a concise helpful guide that solves a crucial problem that we all have (in this case sleep). I could have waffled on to make this book longer, but I have respect for both my and your time, so I have made it short and easily digestible. If this upsets you, I do understand but do please carry-on reading as you may find a nugget of wisdom that would be hard to find in the giant ocean that is the internet.
Sleep is as vital of a component of our daily life as needing oxygen to breathe. Without it, we increase the rate at which we slowly wither and die. Therefore, for every human being (and animal for that matter) it is crucial for our health that we optimize this vital involuntary biological process.
Having optimal sleep can improve physical performance, cognitive performance, reduce signs of aging, prevent muscle wasting, optimize hormone levels, improve fat loss, and clean out the waste products that our cells produce which reduces the risk of disease and general ill health. With a list of benefits such as this, I hope it becomes clear that it really isn’t a good choice to skimp on sleep. (You may gain time in the short term but at the cost of shaving off your total life expectancy).
Every human being whether they are an artist perfecting their work, a CEO optimizing their company, a student learning their field of study, an athlete mastering their sport, a bodybuilder looking to gain as much muscle as they can, a scientist advancing knowledge in a particular field, a parent that wants to be fully present with their children, literally anyone with a pulse would find great use in achieving optimal sleep. As a human, it is vital to your success in any endeavor.
At face value, a lot of the tips seem obvious but investigate the chapters a little deeper and you’ll uncover that those certain things are not what they initially seem. Besides, knowing something and being aware of it are two different things, this eBook aims to bring awareness.
If finding ways to optimize the process to sleep quicker, deeper and for longer intrigues you: then you have purchased the right book, read on to conquer this potential obstacle. If not, then you do not care about your future and there is no hope for you (Just kidding but not really).
