The Health and Fitness industry has lied to me for many years.
It is currently worth $ 4.2 trillion. The Healthy Eating, Nutrition, and Weight Loss sector alone is worth $ 702 billion.
There are many brilliant ideas to make big bucks from people who are looking for fat burn secrets or how to burn belly fat fast, and most of them are based on magical “rapid weight loss” diet plans/powders/teas/exercise plans/pills, etc.
The industry is making giant money off of ordinary people who want to learn more, but there is so much information thrown at them that they just can’t distinguish legit data from the crap that was creatively made to look like evidence-based material.
Are you a serial dieter who has tried literally everything that’s out there?
Are you a mature woman who has been told that weight loss for women over 40 is just not happening?
Are you unsuccessfully trying to lose that post-pregnancy weight?
Are you feeling bitter and disappointed because you are so dedicated to your workout routines and healthy eating, learned how to count calories, but somehow you still can’t seem to get rid of those last few pounds?
Or are you a little scared and reluctant to start any weight loss program because they all just seem to be so strict that they would require your undivided attention and efforts?
You do not need to be always hungry and miserable to lose weight.
Your life does not have to be full of restrictions and exclusions.
Your family life does not have to be ruined. Social situations do not have to be unbearable.
You don’t have to kiss pizza goodbye forever.
You don’t have to kill yourself training.
You can eat as many meals per day as you want, at whatever time you choose.
You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements.
Does this sound like science-fiction?
It’s just science: no magic.
Do yourself a favor – stop reading obsolete and harmful weight loss theories. Stop listening to charlatans telling you that a detox or magic pills will solve your problem. Stop getting excited about new strict “weight loss” diets, which promise you 40 lbs. less in 2 months.
Learn what weight loss is really about, how it actually happens, and how you can pull this off and still live a normal life.
This book WILL NOT tell you what exactly you must / must not eat. However, it WILL show you HOW to choose what you eat, what flexible dieting looks like, and how your body will respond to what’s on your plate.
This book focuses on the most important things you need to know, including hormone balance. Information in this book is based on pure scientific knowledge and its sensible interpretation, and not on guesswork or some tortuous ideologies that simply feel right at the time for their authors, so they present them as scientific facts.
The weight loss process is simple, logical, and easy. This is the only book on weight loss that you will ever need because nothing else actually works.
Does this mean it will require no effort at all?
Of course not. You have to work to get what you want. After all – “If we keep doing what we’re doing, we’re going to keep getting what we’re getting.” [Stephen Covey]
Will this turn your life upside down?
No, not in a negative sense. You can lose weight while having a normal life. However, it will definitely be a life-changing experience, this I can promise.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My mission is to help others achieve their goals in terms of fitness, weight loss, healthy living. I believe everyone should have access to information presented in my book.
I almost didn’t write this book. I mean, let’s be honest, there are so many books on weight loss, nutrition, workouts, supplements, recipes, etc.; there are hundreds of Internet articles, blog posts, YouTube videos, Facebook groups, and fan pages, and so on. I felt that everything I wanted to say has already been covered a thousand times before from every possible angle.
But has it really been covered? Is there really one single resource that will completely and comprehensively answer all questions that people might have regarding weight loss, in a clear and precise manner, and, what’s most important, without attempts to sell you rubbish? Questions such as:
“Why can’t I lose weight, I’ve tried almost every single diet that’s out there?”
“Why do I always get the yo-yo effect?”
“Why do I lose a few pounds and then some of it just comes back the next day?”
“I hardly eat anything anymore and I still can’t lose a single pound. What am I doing wrong?”
“I hate jogging, is there any other way?”
“Should I stop eating supper?”
“I started eating 5 small portions per day and it’s not working. What else can I do?”
“I work out every single day, I eat very healthy, and I still can’t get rid of those love handles. What’s going on?”
And so on, and so forth.
Most answers are out there. The only problem is that information is dispersed in so many articles, blogs, books or videos, or hidden amongst some unbelievably popular tall tales. It seems that it was easier for Frodo to take the ring to Mordor than to get a straightforward answer to a question such as: can I eat white bread/ MacDonald’s/ chocolate chip cookies if I want to lose weight?
I’ve been there, for years, asking the same questions and finding completely contradictory answers. I am currently a gym freak, I admit. It sort of just happened and it’s been going on for years now. At some point, to be able to take my training to the next level, I had to start learning more about nutrition, working out, biology, endocrinology, diets, anatomy, etc., so that I could learn how to treat my body well and encourage it to cooperate with me. I went through tens and hundreds of academic and scientific books, magazines, blogs, videos, podcasts, posts, and more. I still do that. On a Saturday night, you are unlikely to find me in a pub; I will probably be going over some abstracts of latest clinical trials on, for example, insulin sensitivity, on the PubMed website. Yes, I’m a bit of a nerd. ☺
I have studied, watched, read, and listened. I have also tested what works and what doesn’t. I am a moderator and coach on online groups and forums related to nutrition and training, where others and I help people every day, and where discussions are high-level, technical, substantive, and based on merit. I continue to learn from the best, including top industry professionals.
The problem with Internet resources is that there is a lot of very conflicting information. Many people who claim to be experts have completely different opinions about what works and what doesn’t, so it is agonizing just to decide whom to listen to.
I decided to write this book because there is no other book like this. A lot of people ask what is the one single recommended resource that explains everything from A to Z – not only the “how” but, more importantly, the “why.” And to be honest, there isn’t one. No one has ever recommended me one. I was never able to recommend a book like this to anyone who wanted to learn the basics.
