What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I have been performing the Five Tibetan Rites for two years now and am a huge fan. The 5 steps are very simple and effective in improving circulation, building core stability and maintaining a great posture among other things. The Five Tibetan Rites are a fancy name for these five steps which are said to be more than 2,500 years old. The story, the simplicity and, above all, the effects have inspired me to share this secret with the world.


About the Author:
Born in London, UK; Milan Bakrania is a writer and artist. He runs a fine arts company with his wife. They exhibit their works in exhibitions and online. Writing has always been there as a medium to note down his thoughts and ideas.

Whether it was the Five Tibetan rites, the myths of ancient India or the teachings of the Buddha, I have picked up something new from each teacher or civilisation. But it’s not just the stories of the past that interest me. Once I saw a deaf, mute man serving customers in a fast food restaurant. His buoyant smile and love for his job taught me more than any school or university. A modern-day miracle emphasising the fact that life is simply a culmination of experiences, each one shifting our perceptions. Every day we’re learning something new. Every second we’re changing. Along with writing, I enjoy music, art, cinema and stand-up comedy.”
