What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
To provide insight into leadership, building a strong team foundation, and getting the most out of players. Leadership is often attached to a title or a role, I want to communicate that you do not need a title to be a leader and be a person of influence. Leadership is inspiring others. I hope that this book can inspire teammates, athletes, leaders to inspire those around them.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The main character, Brady, was a star athlete, straight-A student, and now one of the world's most accomplished fighter pilots. I came up with this character because too often our society says you have to have a title to be a leader. Brady, seemingly had it all – a perfect life, that title everyone wants… and yet, he found flaws in his leadership style.
