How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
Writing Non-Fiction,Self-Help books requires something different from a crazy imagination alone. You need to be an expert or a person who is an authority on the subject. My God-given talents and rich experience training and consulting people and organizations in different countries has provided this foundation for me. My personality type is also such that drives me to constantly analye people-based idea systems and processes and make them better. I am blessed to have both the personality and experience to write books in this genre that are both engaging because I have great imagination and impactful because they are backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Follow your Energy and Inspiration and don’t get too side-tracked by what seems to sell only. You will only be a ten when you are who and what you are and remember you are not assigned to everyone in life. There are always millions waiting for you to show up because you have the solution to what they need. You then need to simply find them and write to them. My other piece of advice is to never give up because you cannot see how things will play out. Focus on the what and the how will show up. Start writing the first few lines and create a system/process to process and regularly review your book ideas. Finally, drop your pail into the well of other people through social platforms and get opinions as well as interview people or ask provoking questions on your subject of writing to see that you have a wide specter of views and can appeal to a greater audience. Then find opinions of leaders of thought on the subject to understand where you stand and how your ideas stack up against the best.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
The most powerful part of any conversation with self or others is a question. Questions reveal the secrets to life. We could be surrounded by answers and never know it until we ask the right questions. For so many years, I had been a seeker, thinking about why mine and the lives of so many seemed to be based on mere seasonal motivation which faded away over time causing disillusionment ;why so much of people’s lives is on borrowed dreams or convenient opportunities and the fact that the world over, many of us were never trained how to identify our core design and strengths, harnessing them towards life fulfillment. People live life or pursue careers that end up their own graves, constantly dreaming of how they could have lived better. As I began to discover and build on my own greatest giftings and strengths through personal and organizational development, I had a passion to help others do the same.
I remember repeatedly asking trainees beginning their careers at the start of my sessions where they saw themselves in the next 6 months to a year and often got blank stares. A passion rose in me to do something about this and for years I have motivated and helped position hundreds the world over via coaching and corporate trainings into fulfilling roles and life pursuits.
