Casey just got out of a long-term relationship. Sad, lonely, and a little chunky in the tummy area, she gets an unexpected kick in the butt. But who, or better yet what, is so invested in her dating endeavors?
If it’s plugged into an outlet or connected to the internet, you better believe it has an opinion on her date. With her cell phone in hand, Casey jumps into the world of online dating and discovers exactly what over-protective can really mean.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My husband and I met on a dating app and we quickly shared horror stories of dates we had been on and people we met. We also share a love for horror, in both film and book form. I combined these two things with my constant urge to make a joke. What came out of it is this horror comedy about online dating and technology running our lives. My hope is that readers can relate to it, and get at least a chuckle or two out of it too.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The main character, Casey, is very much based off of myself. We are both foul mouthed women who love cats and hate cleaning. The people she meets in this story have some characteristics of people from my own life, and some characteristics that I know would bother me if I ever did encounter them in someone.
