No one could tell a tale like Papa, not even Pinocchio. Papa had done it all, a champion rodeo rider, and an undercover FBI agent. Papa claimed to have been the first astronaut to fly a sherbet fuelled rocket to Jupiter – he had even captured the Loch Ness Monster before letting it go again. Believe it or not, all true stories!
So, fasten your seat belt and join Daniel and his bestest ever buddy, Papa, on their ‘Strange Trips and Weird Adventures’ to who knows where. But wherever they go, TROUBLE is never far away.
So, if you are looking for a remarkable book for a remarkable child. Then ‘Strange Trips and Weird Adventures’ is that book.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My Grandson, Daniel. He is and remains my life's inspiration.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Papa has always told his exaggerated stories to his grandchildren. Now it is time to share them with the world.
“Hold tight Daniel!” shouted Papa, and just as the rocket shook, there was an ear-splitting explosion spilling smoke into the backyard before the sound of a terrifying SHRIEK! A startled black and white cat appeared from the smoke its hair standing on end, its whiskers singed to a frazzle, an angry look on its face it leapt over the wall and ran down the lane. With a splutter and a clatter, the rocket lifted smoothly from the ground, rising swiftly into the air. The two would-be astronauts waving frantically unaware whether Grandma could see them or not. Below them they could see the children playing in the lane and who were getting smaller and smaller until eventually, they were just specks on the ground. Leaving Earth further and further behind, they sailed through the marshmallow clouds and out of the other side to discover radiant blue skies.
