After being released from slavery in Europe, Squanto finds his way aboard the Merchants Hope, a ship headed for the untamed and uncharted America’s. In return for passage across the Atlantic he has agreed to be a guide to the Captain Thomas Dermer and his crew of eighty three men of the Newfoundland Company, Their mission is to be the first to establish a trade with the native tribes and once accomplished to find and return Squanto to his family. Squanto returns to his native land expecting to find the paradise he left as a child, but instead he finds something much more sinister. A sickness is spreading through the European people that have made their way to the New World causing the pale visitors to rise from the dead and feast on native and foreign flesh alike. Now Squanto finds himself fighting against a wild country, unpredictable native tribes, and a super powered walking dead. He must decide between self preservation or saving the lives of his friends, all while the fierce Narragansett tribe and their brutal leader Unbooko are hot on their heals.
