What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
The Felony Murder Rule was designed to link co-conspirators in murder cases–specifically gang members. The rule has been applied to people beyond the intended purpose–sometimes innocent people.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
My heroines are a teenager, a veterinarian in her 30s, and a twenty-one-year-old. In each story, the heroine has her life turned upside down by a crime, and she has the grit and resourcefulness to fight for justice. The antagonists are people who try to justify evil until evil takes over.
