What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
My main inspiration to write this book was seeing how many sleeping problems people still have today, even with many treatments around then, and seeing that meditation, the tool i knew from a long time already that can treat those problems, wasn't between them.

Of all the possible times to meditate, before bed is one of the best since it’s during the night we have a feeling of being lighter and calmer, making it the easiest time of the day to meditate and making it much more intense in a way that it is easier to concentrate and achieve the best results of it than if you had meditated during the day.
