How did you decide to create a trailer and what was your experience?
My publisher, Strategic Book Publishing, suggested that I improve my exposure and I thought it was a good idea. I emailed it to all my contacts and posted it on Amazon and facebook and so far everyone that responded loves it.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I had four surgeries in a two year period. I was feeling very depressed and lonely. My husband decided to get me a puppy for companionship. He (Santana) became my muse. I felt that if his presence could bring me such laughter and healing, that I should share our experiences with everyone. I take him to visit the elderly at nursing homes and I write children’s books about the life and times of my then puppy Santana. We now have his littermate and best bud, Bosco who is also included in many of my books. I have written nine so far in the series and trying very hard to afford to get them published since I’m not rich nor famous. (smile)
I am a retired teacher. I live near Atlanta , Ga with my husband, Curtis and our two loveable doggies Santana and Bosco. The first book in the series was Auntie Jennie’s Puppy: The Adventures of Santana. My next book is Santana meets Santa.
