What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
When my son was hospitalized from complications of Crohn’s Disease, I sensed something was amiss with hospital processes. After leading teams to design complex aerospace systems, I knew that if we operated the same way, planes would crash. Using my business skills, I built a high performing healthcare team focused on my son. The same way best practices can be shared between companies, I believe loved ones can learn how to effectively navigate the complex healthcare system. I decided to share my tips, tools and tricks!
