What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Home buyers have a hard time finding unbiased consumer advice. They mistakenly believe that the agent they use is going to work on their behalf. All traditional realty agents must (by legal obligation) work only for the seller's best interests — not the buyers. I wrote this book (published since 1995: new 2018 edition) to teach the buyer how to negotiate, make safe decisions, and get the house at the lowest possible price – with no nasty late surprises.
This is more a workshop than a book!
The ‘Smart Buyer’ know-how you need
is laid out in stories, lessons, examples and
real-life case studies so that it embeds
automatically in your brain — unlike books
that leave you remembering nothing.
You can read any chapter as a stand-alone guide.
You’ll learn how to get the best deal possible
on your next home purchase, how to get the
best mortgage — and how to protect
your present and future wealth.
My aim is not just to teach you,
but to inspire you.
