This is a redux of Cerebral Palsy Gal: A Novella. I have rewritten and improved it by putting more of my heart and soul into it. I hope you will all check it out and enjoy this newly added content.
Living Strong with Cerebral Palsy is a remarkable story of the courage of one person fighting against overwhelming odds, and her eventual victory. Amanda was born with cerebral palsy as a result of a difficult birth. In her autobiographical, she tells of the traumatic childhood she had, enduring physical, mental, and emotional abuse from her family, and coping with the death of her father to cancer at age fifty-nine. On several occasions, she wrote about adult matters of a full flesh woman that has Cerebral Palsy — expressing her deep inner emotions within myself. Having an unusual personal outlook on life.
It was a chance meeting with a former US intelligence officer, Ronald Fino, his Russian-born wife, Alla, and their son that saved Amanda and opened up the possibility of her being able to follow her life’s ambition – to be a best-selling writer. Living Strong with Cerebral Palsy is a poignant, inspiring, and utterly compelling account of a young woman’s fight to find her own voice and to be an advocate for people with severe disabilities.
