Growing up on a homophobic council estate with an abusive veteran father made Jamie Taylor’s life intolerable. Her only release was feeding her obsession for rich kid Heather Gardner. When the two girls collide, it creates a web of violence and deceit that leads to the tragic death of a friend.
The women reunite years later through the eyes of social media and Jamie, now a successful nightclub owner and professional heartbreaker is forced to revisit the past that she spent so long trying to forget. Secrets unfold as rekindled lust leads the way through a damaged trail of family values and misled loyalty.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I take my inspiration from my memories. Sometimes an idea can come from a particular song or from a comment that someone has posted somewhere. The past is a powerful tool. Getting it on paper is a welcome challenge
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
The characters in Jamie's Story although fictitious were created from my experience of growing up on a council estate in Newport, South Wales. The story is fiction, but the community differences are very real. Drawing from these experiences, and from working Newport's nightlife I could create believable characters and plotlines for Jamie's Story.
At twenty-nine, she knew that commitment should be next on her agenda, but there was never enough time to pencil someone in, let alone promote them to the permanent ink. For now, nights out with the girls were her only commitment. When she was away from the club, all she needed was the company of a few good friends who would watch her back, and always be there with an alibi when asked.
