It is my goal to help inspire and create change within your life. I enjoy writing books on health and self-help topics as well as a sampling of other subjects that I am passionate about.
Some of my passions and hobbies over the years have included coming up with healthy alternatives to my favorite foods, cooking, gardening, hiking and world travel.
I am an avid learner, especially when it comes to health and self-help topics. So naturally it has been my lifelong passion to learn and grow in my experiences.
In my spare time I love practicing yoga and pilates. I spend much of my day writing, and making healthy meals for my family. I love spending time with my husband Stephen, our daughter Lindsay and our cat named Grayson–you may have noticed his cameo at the end of my books. 🙂

What inspires you to write?
I enjoy writing about the experiences that have made my life better. I’m a non fiction writer who desires to help the reader better themselves through living a healthier lifestyle.
Tell us about your writing process.
I don’t have a single way that I write. Sometimes I create an outline, but at other times I outline the chapters first.
What advice would you give other writers?
Be true to who you are, write from your heart and do it to serve others.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I decided to explore self publishing to have more control over the process. It can be harder in some ways, but I enjoy the process.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I feel book publishing has a bright future with authors having more control over their work.
