Salice Rodgers is a wife, mother of three boys, author, blogger and avid reader. Born and raised in Alabama, Salice likes to spend her free time with family and friends swimming, fishing or watching many hours of Netflix! Salice has her toes dipped in many genres not being able to choose just one.
What inspires you to write?
A lot of times it is music, or just things that I love.
Tell us about your writing process.
I am definitely a seat of the pants writer. I just write whatever is flowing.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I do both, I listen to them and talk to them as well. 🙂
What advice would you give other writers?
Never second guess yourself, or stop writing every story is unique in it’s own way! Never give up! 🙂
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I sat down one day and starting writing a story that had been in my head for some time and read a few parts of it to a friend of mine and she pushed me to publish it. Thanks Friend!! lol Being that I have never self published a book I am not sure about all the ins and outs of that. I have a wonderful publisher and wouldn’t dream of publishing my books any other way. Self publishing works for some and publishing with a publisher works for others. My best advice would be to do your research and just see what works best for you. 🙂
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Hmmm. I think reading is one thing that many love to do and that will never change. There are so many possibilities with books. They can take you anywhere and that is what I love about being an author!
What genres do you write?: Bdsm Erotic, Paranormal, Romance, Mc Romance
What formats are your books in?: Both eBook and Print
