What inspires you to write?
Everything inspires me to write. I have an active imagination, and it takes from my daily life snippets of substance that I can give to a character to make it more realistic.
Tell us about your writing process
I find a nice, quiet space, put in my headphones, start a playlist, and write in notebooks. Then once I have something, I go back and type it all up, making revisions where necessary. The after that it’s just revision, revision, revision. YOu have to read your piece fifty times to get it near to presentable.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I don’t need to listen to them per se; I just already know what they’re going to say and do.
What advice would you give other writers?
Don’t give up. But listen to criticism.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I self published through createspace.com. I already had everything planned out in my head, and the site was really easy at helping me get what I wanted.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Well, if I get my foot in the door, that’d be great, If not, then I have a lot of work ahead of me no matter how many books I write The key is promotions!
