What inspires you to write?
The inner discover inspires the writing. Releasing what I am not, to reveal a clearer, totally aware inner freedom beyond any past barriers. This is non dependent on the external and tunes into expanded creativity that is right within, for noticing it even more on the external. Creativity comes from the inside, out .
Tell us about your writing process.
I have self published four ebooks now and the very first ebook written was completed with the help of an online ’emotional releasing’ teleseminar for enhancing human potential. A self empowering training which some may call personal growth training. It helped to clear the mind, to open and expand the heart and creativity through releasing past feelings and beliefs that sometimes hold back.
It allows one to be present and fully aware when writing.
Beyond that, the normal organization of a manuscript was followed such as creating the overall plan. Divide the overall writing plan to small steps/sections. Divide the small steps and sections once again. Write, and let it flow. Edit if required.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
My ebooks are usually non fiction.
What advice would you give other writers?
Definitely apply a personal growth /emotional release method prior and during writing to enhance clarity, creativity and coming from ‘at peace’ which is the highest of emotions from which to create from. Yes, you already are extremely creative, yet tune into “what is beyond that?” Only if you want to !!
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I noticed what was easy, quick, effective, instant for audience and little to no cost. This enhances the writing process. My ebooks are with amazon kindle. I recommend this to anyone.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
What serves the readers and authors? In the area of personal and professional growth having a resource in an instant can be life saving for some. Hence, the internet and digital is a very big advantage. The social side of going to a book store to talk with friends or meet new ones, and enjoy lunch or morning tea in the bookstore cafe is also pleasant because there is usually a common interest in books. Blending both, can work in my experience.
