Hi, I am a retired deep cover Detective and operative. During my career as a detective, I’ve worked with many federal, local and State Police agencies on numerous high level cases. I have several other books committed for publication, but I am holding them for movie projects, some of the names are “The Preyers”, “Delicious Poisons” and “The Green Tide” with more to come.
As of this date I have been able to develop a movie script, business plan and budget from my work on a book named “The Preyers.” We have several other books that will make great movies; all are based on factual incidents.

What inspires you to write?
In 1980 I was approached by Mr. Sonny Grasso, to become involved with th e writing of a book about my career. At that time I declined because of the work that i was doing. at age 65 i happen to come across my old reports and remembered that incident with Sonny Grasso of “THE FRENCH CONNECTION” Fame and decide to try and write a book. My first was Street Business. Now I have ten books, a movie project and a TV project.
Tell us about your writing process.
I sit at the computer and kind of go into a concentration that just continues to feed me the information as I write. I know it sounds odd, but that’s how I do it.
For Fiction Writers: Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
Yes, i listen, remember and talk out scenes sometimes. You just understand that all of my books and stories are based on real incidents that occurred while I was a deep cover detective.
What advice would you give other writers?
Sit down and write, read it, re read it, re write it and keep going until you are happy with it. Write for yourself not anyone else.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
I simply sent them in to publishers and they got published. I left the first publisher because of to many errors. My new publisher dopes a good job.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I have a traditional publisher and I like them.
What genres do you write?
What formats are your books in?
Both eBook and Print
