Don Orwell is a founder of Superfoods Association, Superfoods blogger and author of several Superfoods books. He switched to eating only whole foods Superfoods in 2009 after being diagnosed with heavy vascular problems and low thyroid. What inspires you to write?
I started my blog and Kindle publishing after I realized that most people yo-yo their weight because they don’t have enough knowledge about processed carbs. Process carbs are what makes us overweight and obese as nation. No one binges on broccoli, everyone binges on processed carbs.

I’m an outliner and I use MS Word. First I make a list of chapters and than just add more substance to each chapter,
What advice would you give other writers?
Just do it. Over and over. Write, publish, repeat.
How did you decide how to publish your books?
Steve Scott and Nick Loper influenced me to publish my work on Kindle.
