The Christian life was never meant to be a stagnant life; it was instead meant to be an active life that always seeks the next and higher level in Christ Jesus.
To this end, the Bible exhorts Christians to mature in knowledge and in how they carry themselves as they walk the earth. The Bible is truly a great teacher on issues pertaining to Christian personal growth and transformation.
INSPIRATIONAL SHORT SERMONS carries several short, uplifting, and insightful teachings, each of which can be read within 10 minutes.
The teachings, which are designed to help you to become much more than a name-plate Christian, will leave you with challenging thoughts and questions to consider as you go about your business.
The teachings will also stimulate self-introspection and encourage you to take your faith to a higher level, becoming more and more like the Lord not only in word but also in deed – thus living the Christian life to the full.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
The book started as short Christian articles. I would write an article each time I got inspired while reading my Bible.
Whenever I came across a powerful Bible verse, I would write an article on it, because I believed it would be of help to other Christians.
I am Christian; what I find important other Christians are likely to find important as well, so I thought.

"Now this was John's testimony when the Jews of Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was. He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, 'I am not the Christ.'" – John 1:19 (NIV)
John (the Baptist) was a great man. The Bible says, "There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John" – John 1:6 (NIV)
Some people thought that John was the Christ. John could easily have claimed to be the Christ, and many would have believed and treated him as such.
But John had pure motives and chose not to reduce himself to that level. Instead, he confessed freely, "I am not the Christ.”
Some people openly claim to be the Christ. We have a problem, but the problem does not emanate from such people.
Our problem emanates from people who by their words claim not to be the Christ, but their actions brazenly claim otherwise.
With their actions, such people say, "I am the Christ and you've to treat me accordingly."
Check your words. Check your actions. Nothing about you should suggest, even remotely, that you consider yourself to be the Christ!
