What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
What inspired me was the fact that I was going through my own back problems. Later on, it hit me. Why not try to help myself and help others at the same time? Millions of other people are affected with back pain and this could definitely be a solution to help others get on the right track and for them to get their life back to normal!

Importance of a Healthy and Strong Back

It is essentially the “back bone” of your life and daily activities. You need a healthy back to walk, run, lift and perform any kind of daily activity. Can you imagine what it would be like if your back was so damaged that you couldn’t do anything? It’s difficult to imagine since it’s so essential to your life.

Your back is connected to all of the other muscles and parts of the body. The core, legs, glutes, thighs and shoulders are all interconnected with your back. It’s important to keep your back in the best physical shape and health as possible to keep those other areas of your body strong.

Your lower back is what really plays a role in your posture. With improper posture, this can cause more damage. So, strengthening the back and the muscles around it shall help improve your back, posture and overall physical condition. Let me give you a quick example, the core and the glutes are connected with your back. Strong glutes can support your lower back and a strong core can support your obliques (sides), abdominals, the lower back and all the way up to your pectorals. If you keep the muscles that are closely connected with your back in a strong and healthy state, this can aid in your back’s condition.

Now let’s talk about how the right exercises can bring your back into good shape and have you return to your normal life. Since your back may be damaged, it’s important to relieve the pain as much as possible and begin the healing process. This can be done through multiple types of stretches.
