If you’ve recently discovered you have a gluten-allergy, or been diagnosed with Celiac, or even if you believe you will be healthier if you follow a gluten-free diet, you may be wondering what there is going to be that you want to eat – not just what you ‘have’ to eat?
As someone who has eaten gluten-free for the better part of a decade, and also a lifestyle researcher and reporter, let me tell you that you’ll eat well, and feel so much better, on a gluten-free diet.
That’s why I wrote this book, to share ways I’ve found to eat well, enjoy what I eat and know it’s gluten-free and pain free.
If you have Celiac, or a yeast- or wheat-allergy or insensitivity, or are nearing or at menopause, or just want some more healthy, delicious recipes for your family to enjoy, meals that are fast and easy to prepare and easy to take to work or anywhere on the go – this book is for you!
