What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I had been working out and dieting all my life and eventually became tired of chasing my tail. That's when I really started to educate myself on how to gain the results I was looking for. Within a few months things really changed for me and staying in shape became much more achievable. Eventually I started to "train" my friends and co-workers and spread what I had learned. The next natural step was to write it all down in a book and share with the world.
This book is for women like you who aren't new to working out, but are fed up with the results they're getting. Motivation isn’t necessarily your issue, but frustration is slowly taking over. You need a plan that actually works. You look ok in clothes, but with all the hours you spend busting ass in the gym you deserve to look good naked! You may have been a regular gym-goer for the last ten years, or maybe it's been just six long months with minimal results. Either way, you're sick of it! And, more importantly, you're ready for a change. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. You know if you continue on the path you're on now, you will be looking at yourself in another six months seeing the same reflection in the mirror.
