How do you see writing a food/cookbook as different from writing other genres of books?
It’s definitely an art to it.
When you make a cookbook, you are essentially cooking for someone and wanting them to taste your food. Your style of writing has to be descriptive and actual. One missing ingredient can change the taste of the whole meal, which can mean not so good reviews.
A cookbook is the only form of writing, in my opinion, that allows the author to share a unique experience with his/her reader.
Tiffany Harris’ love of healthy cooking has allowed her to become an author full time. Graduating from the Walnut Hill College (a prestigious culinary school in Philadelphia, PA), Tiffany’s books focuses on healthy and nutritious eating for a more fulfilling life. “My readers are my inspiration. I cannot tell you the feeling that comes over me when I hear that one of my books has helped someone.”
