Sisters of the Night
Cover Designer: Tim Williams
Comments about cover design
My husband Tim illustrated the cover after he read my book. We wanted the cover to be romantic, feminine, and supernatural, since it is a vampire love story about three very unusual “sisters.”

I really like this cover. It’s soft and feminine – until the bit of fang shows(!) – then it’s totally dangerous ( in a good way!)

I think this is a very good cover. I’d maybe try to nudge the title type over and perhaps down slightly for more contrast, but that’s about it (and I’m not sure how it would look). The author type could also possibly use a slightly better drop shadow — this one seems to vibrate slightly — I’m not sure red is your best choice. It’s a very compelling cover image, though, and I think the title type is legible. Blood & Company is a little lost. If it’s important, you might want to put it in a box or border treatment or something. Over all, though, I think your husband did a good job: This cover clearly suggests romance and paranormal, which is exactly what this cover needs to do!
Hope I’m not being too annoying. Back in my publishing days I got to annoy all our cover designers regularly. (I have no trade experience, though, so I’m no expert in your genre.)

The lady vampire is beautiful. Is she a sister? If so, do they all look similar to her?
All in all, the cover is beautiful.

Great cover. It is sexy, bold, romantic, and supernatural all in one.

Nice layout, I’d want the font to be a bit bolder so that it reads a bit better
