How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I specifically write on and Champion Italian-American Cuisine as a legitimate Cuisne and not simply a copy of Italian Food and Cuisne from Italy but one that is based on Italian Food, is pretty much native Italian from Italy but with differences and the influence of Italian Immigrants and Decendents cooking Italian Food in America with some ingredient being different and other factor, like the fact that 100 years ago the Italian Immigrants who came to America were so poor, most could hardly afford to buy meat in Italy and ate mostly dried beans, lentils, and fruits and vegetables tehy could grow themselves. Even Maccheroni and chickens were expensive for them. When they came to AMerica and got jobs, they were able to afford simple luxuries like, eating meat 2 or 3 times a week.
