Hailey moves to the small town of Bellfrey to start over, not only for herself but for her daughter. Ever since her husband died she’s been lonely. She needs a family, and her aunt in Bellfrey has been kind enough to offer her a place to live.
As if that wasn’t enough, faith intervenes and provides the perfect chance for Hailey to fulfill a dream; opening her own bakery.
She has no time for romance when handsome handyman Sam steps into her life.
Ready to settle down and start a family of his own, Sam has bought a house that he intends to make a home. The only thing missing; a wife.
Is his brother right when he says Sam is too intent on marriage and scares off the women he dates? Should he try dating just for fun?
The new bakery owner is not his type, but somehow he can’t stop thinking about her.

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I used to read a lot of romance when I was younger. After reading up about how to write romance, I thought it was something that sounded fun and something I could do. So I decided to try.
How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
I usually sit and brainstorm about characters, what I want to happen in the book and what person the story goes best with. There's always a little bit of me in all my characters but beyond that I just let them reveal who they are as I write.
