What Inspired You to Write Your Book?

The Optics Freak
Optics Freaks are narcissists, people who care only about themselves. They focus on how things look instead of how things are or could be. They often take on many of the characteristics of the Control Freak.
They don’t pay attention to the impact their behavior or decisions have on others. They are interested only in hearing good things about themselves and their performance. They tend to be closed to any feedback from their peers or subordinates. They can do no wrong and often take credit for others’ work. They will often play the martyr.
