Write from the heart, show passion and don’t give up, no matter how big your “failures” are or how small your successes.
A fitness and nutrition enthusiast who worked for years to eliminate back pain and finally managed to break free and leave behind all the pain, junk food, negativity, depression, sedentary lifestyle. Now I am a happy, positive, energetic individual; I love sharing my story along with my knowledge with others who aim to improve the quality of their lives.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
After becoming successful i eliminating my own back pain and getting in a better shape than I was in my twenties, I wanted to share my story and hopefully inspire others to take meaningful action to improve their own lives.
