About the authors
Virginia Babcock has always loved romantic fiction, and now writes her own stories of love and life in the real world. Virginia lives in Missouri where she works full-time when she’s not writing books. Her husband keeps her constantly entertained the rest of the time.
Patrick Moody is a novelist who works primarily in horror and science fiction. He is the author of The Gravedigger's Son, and his short fiction has appeared in several anthologies including Halloween Horror Volume 2, A Monster Told Me Bedtime Stories: MONSTERS Vol. 7, Dark Moon Digest, and Lovecraft in a Time of Madness. Raised in Trumbull, Connecticut, he and his wife now live outside New Haven.
Matthew A. Goodwin has been writing about spaceships, dragons and adventures since he was a child. After creating his first fantasy world at twelve years old, he never stopped writing. Storytelling happened only in the background for over a decade as he spent his days caring for wildlife as a zookeeper, but when his son was born, he decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an author.
Having always loved sweeping space operas and gritty cyberpunk stories that asked questions about man’s relationship to technology, he penned the international bestselling series, A Cyberpunk Saga. His passion for the genre also inspired him to create and cofound Cyberpunk Day ™, a celebration of all things high tech / low life.
He is now expanding his science fiction universe into space.

A three-time winner of the Reedsy contest, Joshua G. J. Insole is a British writer who lives in the Austrian Alps. Author of several other shortlisted stories, he published his first book in 2020. Joshua’s favoured genres are horror and science fiction.

Elizabeth Suggs is a writer, an editor, and a leader in the writing community. She obsessively writes each morning, lunch, and evening. When she’s not writing, she’s leading a group of writers through bi-weekly workshops on feedback and focused writing. She believes these meetings help writers understand themselves in the world and better prepare them for major publishers.
She is published in a podcast, a poetry journal, with news agencies, several anthologies, and headed an anthology project. She also helped an author publish his children’s book.
Outside of writing, Elizabeth devours literature through reading or listening. She tries any genre once, but she especially loves classics, horror, sci-fi, and psychology texts. Sometimes she even listens to audiobooks while playing games because she can stay productive that way.
She used to be a journalist, so many of her publications are nonfiction hard news and events, but she hopes to break the pattern and publish works of art in fiction and poetry, just like the authors she loves reading.

Rowan Redfield (previously Katie Collupy) lives in Vermont with her husband and three cats, Timbre, Gimli, and Wyndle. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice but spends her days writing and crafting fantastical worlds.
Dylan Alfredo Giovanni Butcher is half British, half Italian and grew up in London, England. He worked as a comic and movie journalist for three years, voluntarily, to refine his writing skills. He has won writing competitions for his short-stories and poetry, and been shortlisted for others, in Writing Magazine and Writer’s Forum. He recently had a short-story placed in an anthology. He now lives in the Midlands with his wife and three children. Dylan is studying towards his Master’s Degree in English Literature and Creative Writing with the Open University, while writing fiction and self-publishing his work. Eyes of Sleeping Children is his debut novel.
I'm A.R. Mirabal, an engineer-turned-author with a background in business and psychology. I was born in Dominican Republic, but have lived and moved across the United States for most of my life. I've had the pleasure of calling both coasts my home at some point in my life, but I'll forever be a Northerner.

Nikki Brooke grew up in Australia but instead of spending time riding on the backs of kangaroos (which is not recommended), she spent it with her head in books. She’s a self-proclaimed geek, loving science fiction, fantasy, history and mythology and is proud of it—which is probably obvious since she’s a science fiction and fantasy writer, and she named her dogs, Osiris and Apollo, after ancient gods.

Brenda is a Mexican sci-fi author. She majored in International Relations but secretly pursued creative writing until she decided to no longer keep it a secret. Her short sci-fi story was published in the Collective Visions anthology. And her short magical realism story was published in the Tales Untold anthology by Ravens and Roses in November 2022. She just obtained her Certificate for Creative Writing at UCSD and is starting a new blog to promote diversity in literature.
