How is Writing In Your Genre Different from Others?
I would like to think this first book is more than just a straightforward crime thriller. The intention was to incorporate characters and emotions that make the reader think, so it appeals to a wider audience than just fans of murder mystery.
What Advice Would You Give Aspiring Writers?
Do it. It can be a difficult and all-consuming process, but don’t give up. Publishing a book is the most rewarding experience.
I live in Coventry, England and started writing fiction seriously two years ago. I self-published A New Dawn Rising in March 2013, and am currently working on my second novel.
What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
Every book I have read, good or bad. I have always wanted to write fiction. It just took me a long time to find the time and confidence to do it.
