A Food/Cookbook is more intimate because we are sharing recipes that may have been passed down for generations. When people use our books they are most likely creating a meal that they will share with loved ones.

Advice to someone that is thinking about or currently working on a food book or cookbook
Just do it! Don’t over think it.

How did you decide how to publish your book and where is it published through:
I decided to self-publish my book.

Charmaine Green is passionate about letting others know about the health benefits of incorporating raw vegetables and fruit into their diet. Immediately after learning how quickly and easily she could lose weight and improve her health by drinking fresh vegetable juice, she started to experiment with different food combinations.
